About the job
Job title: Telecaller Cum Support Executive (Female Only)
Key responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally2. Follow up with the customer regarding inquiries, services, and updates
3. Explain company services and provide the required information to customers
4. Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions
5. Respond to customer queries through Calls, Emails, or WhatsApp messages
6. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support
7. Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and guidance
8. Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
9. Prepare daily reports and update customer databases
Skill(s) required
Computer skills Customer Support Effective Communication Email Management Gujarati Proficiency (Spoken)
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Any Graduate/Undergraduate
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role
3. Prior experience in handling customer communication will be preferred
