We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Title: Atlassian Solution Architect with Admin capabilities, ROVO AI & Forge Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
• Configure and administer Jira (workflows, permissions, schemes, automations, and customizations).
• Develop and deploy custom apps and integrations using Atlassian Forge.
• Utilize Atlassian Rovo AI to enable AI-powered search, automation, and productivity.
• experience with Atlassian Rest APIs & Atlassian Tools optimization
• Provide technical guidance and follow Atlassian best practices for platform governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and business-focused Atlassian solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive solutions with minimal direction. This needs to be someone who identifies problems and proposes fixes, not someone who waits for exact instructions.
• Genuine interest and initiative in AI/automation, not just familiarity. I want a thought partner on our AI roadmap, not just someone executing tickets.
• Ownership mentality for the Atlassian platform. Treats it as their platform to manage and improve, not a queue of assigned tasks.
• Comfortable making judgment calls and escalating only when genuinely blocked, not as a default communication style.
