Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls as per process requirements.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
Understand customer concerns and resolve issues within the defined timelines.
Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet defined customer service, quality, and productivity targets.
Skill(s) required

Earn certifications in these skills

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers from non-technical backgrounds may apply.
B.Tech/B.E. freshers and other technical freshers are not eligible.
Candidates with a technical educational background and prior customer service/CSA experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work from the Gurugram Sector 49 office.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including late-night shifts as applicable.
