Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for our real estate projects, residential developments, and building promotion initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  
• Generate qualified leads through digital, offline, and referral marketing .
  
• Plan and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms .
  
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and site-visit generation .
  
• Develop project marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, creatives and presentations.
  
• Manage property portals and online project listings .
  
• Plan and execute local area marketing, outdoor advertising, events and promotional activities .
  
• Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers and market trends.
  
• Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, property consultants and referral networks .
  
• Track marketing budgets, campaign performance, CPL, leads, site visits and conversions.
  
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers and digital marketing vendors.
  
• Strengthen the company's real estate brand presence and project visibility
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in Real Estate / Property Marketing .
  
• Excellent knowledge of Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition .
  
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing .
  
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and performance marketing .
  
• Strong understanding of property portals and real estate digital platforms .
  
• Ability to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
  
• Good knowledge of local market and customer behaviour .
  
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
  
• Ability to work closely with Sales, CRM and Business Development teams .
  
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
  
• Experience in managing marketing agencies/vendors will be an advantage.
