Oracle Fusion Center of Excellence (CoE) LeadLocation : Chennai, IndiaEmployment Type : ContractExperience : 10+ YearsRole Level : Senior / LeadJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead to establish, govern, and continuously enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities across the organization. The role will provide strategic and technical-functional leadership for Oracle Fusion initiatives, ensuring standardized architecture, delivery best practices, governance, reusable solutions, and effective adoption of Oracle Cloud.The CoE Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, Oracle functional and technical teams, enterprise architecture, integration teams, and project leadership to drive successful Oracle Fusion transformation and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities :Oracle Fusion CoE Leadership & Governance :- Establish and lead the Oracle Fusion Center of Excellence (CoE) operating model, governance framework, standards, and best practices.- Define and maintain Oracle Fusion solution standards, reference architectures, implementation methodologies, and delivery guidelines.- Establish governance processes for solution design, integrations, customizations, security, data, testing, releases, and production support.- Act as the senior escalation point for complex Oracle Fusion issues across projects and business functions.- Develop and maintain CoE KPIs, dashboards, roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Ensure alignment between business objectives, enterprise architecture, and Oracle Fusion capabilities.Oracle Fusion Solution Architecture & Advisory :- Provide senior-level guidance on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, or other relevant Fusion modules.- Review and approve solution designs, technical approaches, integrations, extensions, and customizations.- Promote Oracle standard functionality and minimize unnecessary customizations.- Support enterprise-wide process standardization and harmonization across business units.- Evaluate new Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, features, and capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.Integration & Technical Governance :- Provide oversight for Oracle Fusion integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration technologies.- Govern REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle Fusion integration/reporting mechanisms.- Ensure integration architecture follows scalability, security, performance, and maintainability standards.- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise integration and data standards.Delivery & Transformation :- Provide leadership across Oracle Fusion implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and support programs.- Ensure consistency across requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-production support.- Support Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Cloud transformation and modernization initiatives where applicable.- Drive continuous improvement, automation, standardization, and reuse of Oracle Fusion solutions.- Partner with PMO and delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.CoE Capability Development :- Build and maintain a centralized repository of Oracle Fusion standards, templates, solution patterns, accelerators, and lessons learned.- Mentor Oracle Fusion functional, technical, integration, and support teams.- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and technical/functional enablement programs.- Support Oracle certification and capability development initiatives.- Participate in recruitment and technical/functional assessment of Oracle Fusion resources.Stakeholder & Vendor Management :- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, IT leadership, enterprise architects, and program managers.- Coordinate with Oracle, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.- Lead architecture reviews, solution workshops, governance meetings, and executive-level discussions.- Translate complex Oracle Fusion concepts into clear business and technology recommendations.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.- 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications/ERP, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.- Strong experience working in an Oracle Fusion Center of Excellence, architecture, governance, or enterprise transformation environment.- Experience with multiple Oracle Fusion implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation programs.- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and enterprise application landscape.- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.- Strong understanding of integration, security, data, reporting, and application governance.- Experience defining standards, reusable frameworks, solution templates, and best practices.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with senior leadership.Preferred Skills :- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration/transformation.- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).- Experience with Oracle APEX, VBCS, or other Oracle Cloud extension technologies.- Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics / Fusion Data Intelligence.- Experience supporting global or multi-business-unit Oracle Fusion implementations.- Strong knowledge of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and change management frameworks.
