About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel students and parents about courses, colleges, educational programs, and career opportunities, recommending suitable options based on their needs and goals.
2. Manage prospective student leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels; conduct consistent follow-ups and convert qualified leads into admissions.
3. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM, achieve individual and weekly admission targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application and admission processing.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Strong command of at least one South Indian language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.

2. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

3. Strong counseling, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.

5. Confidence in handling calls, WhatsApp inquiries, follow-ups, and prospective student queries.

6. Comfort working toward weekly admission targets and converting leads into admissions.

7. Basic familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is preferred.

8. Prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, admissions, or inside sales will be an advantage.

9. A self-motivated, professional, and ethical approach, with a strong focus on targets.

10. Willingness to work full-time from the office in Noida.
