About the job

We're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms that align with our brand identity and communicate our message effectively to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design marketing materials including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, banners, and email templates
2. Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels
3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements
4. Develop concepts, layouts, and visual elements for websites, apps, and digital campaigns
5. Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy
6. Design presentations, infographics, and other visual communication materials
7. Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
9. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1 year of professional graphic design experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

Experience designing for both digital and print media

Excellent communication and time-management skills

Ability to take direction and constructive feedback well

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles

Experience with brand identity and packaging design
