About the job
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance and supporting financial reporting activities in line with company policies and mining industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals and bank reconciliations
- Handle accounting transactions related to mining operations, procurement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Generate MIS reports and support budgeting & variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate internal & external audits and maintain compliance records
- Monitor operational costs and support cost analysis activities
- Work on SAP/Tally/ERP for accounting and reporting functions
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 2-5 years in Accounts
- Preferred Industry: Mining Industry
