About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accompany senior citizens for outings, appointments, and social activities.
2. Provide companionship and ensure seniors are comfortable.
3. Assist with errands, including bank visits, government office work, and documentation.
4. Help seniors with smartphone usage, video calls, digital payments, and other basic technology needs.
5. Support seniors during appointments with paperwork, navigation, and coordination.
6. Share regular updates and photos with family members through WhatsApp.
7. Monitor seniors' comfort and well-being and report concerns to the family and operations team.
8. Arrange or assist with transportation, including driving the senior's vehicle when required or coordinating alternate travel.
9. Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines with professionalism and empathy.
10. Support the sales team during non-assignment hours by speaking with prospective customers, explaining services, and assisting with bookings.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's/Diploma in hotel management, hospitality, or tourism (freshers can apply).

2. Excellent communication skills with a warm, patient, and compassionate personality.

3. Should be well-informed about current affairs and general topics, with the ability to engage in meaningful and interesting conversations with senior citizens.

4. Well-groomed, punctual, dependable, and comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.

5. Should be confident using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and digital payment apps.

6. Candidates with a valid driving licence and good driving skills will be given preference, as this increases their chances of selection.
