Business Development Manager
Location: Delhi-Jaipur Expressway, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
Job Type: Full-time | On-site/ Hybrid
Experience: 2–4 years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000/month + performance bonuses (non-sales target driven)
About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our real estate operations. This role focuses on building trust with leads, driving site visit conversions, and ensuring consistent client engagement — not just chasing monthly sales targets.
You'll be the bridge between incoming enquiries and our sales advisors on-ground, helping prospective buyers take the next step toward a site visit or consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with incoming leads (via campaigns, WhatsApp, referrals, or portals)
- Understand their requirements and recommend suitable site visits
- Coordinate closely with sales advisors to schedule and follow up on visits
- Maintain lead and visit records using CRM or Google Sheets
- Build long-term rapport with clients to improve visit-to-conversion ratios

Performance Metrics:
- Number of qualified site visits arranged and confirmed per month
- Lead response turnaround time
- Quality of client engagement (feedback, follow-ups)
