Platform Management Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to support our online operations. This role involves managing product data, updating pricing, and maintaining consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

Add and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing in backend systems
accurately and on time. 
Ensure price accuracy and consistency across all channels.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to implement pricing strategies for
campaigns and seasonal promotions. 
Maintain proper documentation of updates and changes made in the backend system.
Coordinate with other departments for campaign-specific pricing. 
Support customer service by resolving pricing-related escalations or complaints. 
Assist sellers with product listings, pricing, promotions, and operational support
on the platform.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Good communication in English and Hindi and coordination skills.

Knowledge of ecommerce platforms is a plus.
