Role : Lead - TechnologyRole Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Developer with strong experience in AWS cloud technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python development, cloud-native architecture, microservices, and AWS services, with a strong focus on delivering robust and maintainable solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.- Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.- Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.- Troubleshoot production issues and support application maintenance activities.- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation initiatives.Required Skills : - Strong hands-on experience in Python (5+ years).- Experience with Python frameworks such as : 1. FastAPI2. Flask3. Django (preferred)- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Strong ownership and accountability.- Collaborative team player with a continuous learning mindset.Nice to Have : - GenAI/LLM integration experience.- Experience with LangChain, Azure OpenAI, or Amazon Bedrock.- Exposure to data platforms and analytics solutions.
