About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and segment the local market to find potential customers.2. Approach customers directly and pitch suitable loan solutions.
3. Generate leads and convert them into business through structured discussions.
4. Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and brokers to expand reach.
5. Assist customers with documentation and loan processing.
6. Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure fast turnaround time (TAT).
7. Maintain accurate daily records of field visits, leads, and conversions.
8. Participate actively in sales contests, training programs, and team-building initiatives.
9. Ensure a customer-centric approach at every step of the sales cycle.
10. Work towards achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance and service quality.
