Your work profile

ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with 58 years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions across ITOM/GRC/ITAM modules. Strong expertise in requirement analysis solution design configuration integrations and production support. Proven ability to implement scalable workflows improve CMDB data quality automate enterprise processes and support large-scale ServiceNow environments with high stability and performance standards

Key skills required

• Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITOM/GRC/ITAM modules.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and design scalable efficient and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms workflows business rules and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
• Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices governance and optimization.
• Drive stakeholder communication project planning and risk management.
• Conduct testing deployment and post-implementation support.
• Mentor and support junior team members in technical and functional areas.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical designs test cases and release notes.
• Education- UG and Above Information Technology or a related field.
• 35 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform .
• Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:
  • GRC: Policy & Compliance Risk Management Audit Vendor Risk IRM
  • ITOM: Discovery CMDB Event Management Service Mapping
  • ITAM: HAM SAM
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model architecture and integration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional global delivery teams.
