About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers.2. Generate, qualify, and maintain high-quality B2B leads
3. Build and maintain accurate lead databases
4. Support client outreach and follow-up activities
5. Communicate professionally with prospective clients
6. Prepare reports and summaries using Microsoft tools
7. Assist with other business development activities as required
8. Continuously improve research quality, lead accuracy, and overall business intelligence.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher (Preferred).
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Market Research, Lead Generation or a similar role.
3. Comfortable using AI tools and modern computer applications for advanced research.
4. Excellent internet research abilities and attention to detail.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
7. Understanding of CRM systems is an advantage.
