BetaNXT - Oversight Solution Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for business requirements gathering, functional design, providing support of user acceptance testing, and project implementation. This position will interact with all levels of the organization to ensure timely completion with the highest degree of quality for industry, regulatory, and client initiatives. Core responsibilities will include : - Independently gather and analyze user requirements from internal and external stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and documentation- Lead backlog refinement and contribute to project estimation and release planning- Serve as a primary Business Analysis point of contact for assigned products or initiatives- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders- Translate business needs into clear functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria- Partner with QA/QE to define test scenarios and ensure thorough test coverage aligned to requirements- Validate that completed work meets Definition of Done standards (acceptance criteria met, testing complete, documentation updated, deployment readiness confirmed)- Support UAT, post-release monitoring, and defect triage; leverage data and feedback to drive continuous backlog improvements- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership- Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior Business Analysts, promoting best practices and consistencySkills and Experience of the Oversight Solutions Business Analyst : - 5+ years of professional experience in a Business Analysis role, preferably in financial services.- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Business, or related field.- Demonstrated ability to lead requirements for complex initiatives with minimal supervision- Experience producing client-facing and internal artifacts including functional designs, use cases, and acceptance criteria- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration- Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts to business and technical audiences- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, organization, and communication skills- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams- Continuous learner with a strong sense of ownership and accountability (ref:hirist.tech)
