- Lead, recruit, and develop Agency Partners/Advisors to drive business growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard quality Agency Partners to expand the distribution network.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate Agency Partners to improve productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field visits to support the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Agency Partners to ensure long-term engagement.
- Monitor business performance, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support and enhance customer experience.
- 4-8 years in Life Insurance Agency Channel or Variable agency channe
- Prior experience in team handling and driving sales performance is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, recruitment, coaching, and relationship management skills.
Experience:
Education: Any Graduate
Age: Up to 45 years
