CGT Lead

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a CGT Lead to drive growth of the Cell & Gene Therapy business by orchestrating integrated workflow solutions across the company's divisions. The role requires influencing multiple business units, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to address complex customer needs spanning research through commercial manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for CGT business growth across assigned markets and customers
- Identify high-value integrated workflow opportunities spanning research, process development, and manufacturing
- Act as commercial integrator, aligning Business Units and cross-functional teams around priority opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, CDMO and academic organizations
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and execution with strong commercial discipline
Requirements
- Proven ability to influence and lead without direct organizational authority
- Deep knowledge of cell and gene therapy workflows, manufacturing, and bioprocessing
- Experience building strategic partnerships and managing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated pipeline development and forecasting skills
- Executive presence and advanced stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Experience engaging senior leadership across multiple business functions and external organizations
