This business development executive (CASA) role is with a leading private sector bank in India, offering hands-on experience in customer acquisition and relationship management. The role involves extensive travelling within the assigned area and conducting market/customer mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Acquire new customers for savings and current accounts (CASA)
2. Promote PG products (life insurance/general insurance/mutual fund/retail asset products/online trading)
3. Achieve monthly sales targets
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
5. Ensure compliance with KYC and banking guidelines
6. Reach out to High Net-worth Individuals

Salary: 16,000 - 18,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.
