We are looking for a dynamic individual who is well-versed in management principles, possesses effective communication skills, and excels in interpersonal interactions. As a Management Associate at Triworks, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management to drive business growth and success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Operations: Assist in supervising daily glove knitting, stitching, overlock, and related production activities; allocate work; monitor targets, productivity, and production flow; identify bottlenecks and support timely completion.2. Manpower Management: Assist with manpower planning, work allocation, attendance, discipline, and productivity; guide workers on processes and gradually develop independent team-management capability.
3. Machine Maintenance: Monitor machine performance; maintain preventive-maintenance schedules; identify early signs of breakdown; coordinate with technicians during breakdowns; record downtime and repairs.
4. Quality Management: Monitor quality at different production stages; support inspection and defect control; track rejection, rework, and wastage; help identify root causes and corrective actions.
5. Warehouse & Dispatch: Learn and assist with receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch; coordinate material movement between warehouse and production; ensure proper identification and systematic storage.
6. Inventory Management: Maintain records of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods; assist with stock verification, FIFO practices, shortage identification and material-consumption monitoring.
7. Process improvement & lean manufacturing: Participate in Lean, Kaizen and 5S initiatives; identify unnecessary movement, waiting time, defects, material wastage and other process losses; support practical improvements, visual management, waste reduction, productivity improvement and automation initiatives.
8. Safety, compliance & shop-floor discipline: Ensure workers follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; maintain cleanliness and orderly work areas; report unsafe conditions and incidents; support factory compliance, inspections and safety initiatives.
9. Reporting & documentation: Maintain daily production, manpower, quality, rejection, wastage, and machine-downtime records; prepare basic daily/weekly reports and provide accurate operational information to management.
