Backend Developer - Java

Location : GuwahatiIdeal candidate profile :Look for 8 - 12 years experience with strong hands-on Java + Spring Boot + Microservices, along with cloud and Kubernetes. Candidates with Kafka, API Gateway, system design and high-scale backend architecture should be prioritized for further screening.Job Responsibilities :- 8 - 10 years of experience as a full stack developer or similar role- Relevant computer science degree or relevant experience- Strong hands-on experience Full Stack development Java microservices/NodeJS/GoLang. Mobile app development experience is a big plus.- Strong systems design experience with DS/ Algo- Hands-on Java, Multi-threading Concurrency and Performance Tuning approaches.- Proven experience on Java Microservices Spring Boot/NodeJS/GoLang, cloud native architectures and Kubernetes- Led atleast one large scale project to delivery- Strong cloud experience AWS/ GCP/ Azure certifications preferred- Good understanding of BFF using GraphQL- Strong knowledge of databases SQL or NoSQL- Event driven architectures Kafka etc.- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and good knowledge of Data Structures and Algo.- Knowledge of CI/CD and Agile working model is required.- Strong awareness of Microservices architecture patterns and design patterns- API gateways (Apigee/APIM/Kong) (ref:hirist.tech)
