About the job

The Junior Associate - Claims is responsible for processing-level delivery and performance against defined SLA parameters. As an individual contributor within a team, you will work within a predetermined, focused scope processing insurance claims for a leading US healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze insurance claims and process them in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Navigate multiple client applications to capture the information required to process claims.
3. Resolve routine issues using precedent and general guidelines.
4. Consistently meet established productivity, schedule-adherence, and quality standards.
5. Comply with all company policies and process-compliance requirements.
6. Work in rotational shifts from the office premises, as per business requirements.

Note:

First 2 months: 12,000/month - Fully remote training
Next 3 months: 15,000/month - Candidates will move to the client's office location
Last 2 months: 17,500/month
After successful completion of the 7-month training: Candidates will be hired as permanent employees at the client's office with a package of 23,000/month

5. Ability to navigate screens and learn new software tools quickly.

6. Adaptability to changes in business requirements.
