Job Purpose
The job purpose is to strategize and implement marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, retention, and wallet share. Responsibilities include collateral design, ATL/BTL activities, thought leadership events, partnership development, brand management, metric tracking, and staying updated on industry trends and competition.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and update marketing assets, collaterals, investor communication like pitch decks, factsheets.
- Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns focusing on existing client base for increasing wallet share, retention, and other key customer lifecycle metrics!
- Create video assets for product and business promotions.
- Ability to independently manage internal & external events.
- Calendar client engagement initiatives and events
- Drive acquisition-oriented partnerships for assigned businesses.
- Support employee engagement and R&R initiatives.
- Strong inclination towards bringing innovative approach towards solving various marketing / communication efforts.
- Work closely with other marketing, and with business / function stakeholders.
- Monitor and report relevant marketing efforts against measurable business metrics.
- Continuously build insights to improve campaign deliveries and impact.
- Monitor and report competition activity, and emerging trends in the industry.
Additional Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to do creative writing.
- Customer centric and problem-solving mindset
- Exposure to marketing communication campaigns that include consumer research, brand building and media planning.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and capable of inspiring collaboration
