You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy Own D365 F&O product vision, roadmap, and backlog for R2R Translate business needs into user stories and release plans Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and development teams Functional Expertise (R2R) SME in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Consolidations, Financial Reporting Lead requirement gathering, process design, and solutioning Production Support & Operations Handle incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution Support month-end and year-end close cycles Enhancements & Integrations Drive ERP enhancements, integrations, and release management Ensure seamless data flow across upstream/downstream systems Continuous Improvement Identify automation opportunities and optimize finance processes Leverage tools like Power BI, BlackLine, and ServiceNow Compliance & Controls Ensure adherence to GAAP / IFRS and audit requirements Support audit activities and maintain system integrity Testing & Change Management Lead UAT, regression testing, and deployment support Drive user adoption through training and docum
