Position: Enrolled Agent (EA) International Tax

Openings: 23

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Salary: 6-7 LPA. Neg for right candidate.

Job Summary

We are looking for licensed Enrolled Agents (EAs) with signing authority to join our team and handle international tax compliance and filings . The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of U.S. taxation and hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and signing tax returns and related filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and sign international/U.S. tax filings in accordance with applicable IRS regulations.
• Handle U.S. individual and business tax returns, including international tax matters.
• Review tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Advise on U.S. international tax compliance requirements and reporting obligations.
• Handle tax filings involving foreign income, foreign assets, investments, and related disclosures.
• Research and interpret IRS regulations, tax laws, and international tax provisions.
• Communicate with clients to obtain required tax information and resolve tax-related queries.
• Represent taxpayers before the IRS, where required and permitted under EA authority.
• Ensure all filings are completed accurately and within prescribed deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for tax filings and client engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Active IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) license is mandatory.
• Signing authority for tax filings is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal Taxation and International Taxation .
• Hands-on experience in U.S. tax return preparation/review.
• Good understanding of international information reporting and related compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments and deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience with international tax filings involving:

• Foreign income and foreign investments
• Foreign bank/financial accounts
• Foreign assets and investments
• International tax reporting and disclosures
• U.S. taxpayers with overseas income or residency
• IRS correspondence and representation

Qualification

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license issued by the IRS Mandatory
• Must have valid signing authority to sign U.S. tax returns and applicable international tax filings.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Commerce, or a related field preferred.Or Semi Qualified CA
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal Taxation and International Taxation .
• Relevant experience in U.S. tax return preparation, review, and compliance .
• Good knowledge of IRS rules, regulations, and international information reporting requirements .
• Strong analytical, communication, and tax research skills.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically seeking qualified and currently licensed EAs who can independently review, approve, and sign applicable tax filings . Candidates with strong international/U.S. tax compliance experience will be preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
