About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing hardware, software, or service-related issues.2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Apple products, services, and repair processes to support customers effectively.
3. Diagnose and resolve technical concerns for selected Apple hardware and software products.
4. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs.
5. Educate customers about repair options, service programs, and Apple products and services.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully to customer concerns and providing empathetic support.
7. Identify ownership opportunities and recommend relevant products and services that enhance the customer experience.
8. Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring technical issues and contribute feedback for service improvements.
9. Utilise Apple-provided tools, systems, and resources to deliver efficient and accurate technical assistance.
10. Support customer-facing activities both on and off the sales floor as business needs require.
