Job description The requirement is based out of Mumbai. You would first travel to our office in Bandra (E), and then travel to 1 or 2 nearby schools in a day in South Bombay. We have Uber facility. Role & responsibilities Deliver hands-on sessions in Robotics, CAD, and Programming for school students in an engaging and effective manner. Take full ownership of the assigned school programs and ensure quality delivery of sessions. Set up, maintain, and manage the school robotics lab and its equipment. Implement the TIS curriculum while adapting it as needed for different student levels. Facilitate classroom discussions, group projects, and student evaluations. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with school coordinators and TIS academic team to ensure program success. Travel to schools as required, ensuring consistency and commitment to each assignment. Provide periodic updates and reports on student performance and program progress. Preferred candidate profile Strong classroom management and communication skills. Prior experience working in schools, delivering STEM courses and maintaining a makerspace Solid hands-on knowledge of working with Microbit, Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi Familiarity with CAD tools like TinkerCAD, Onshape or SolidWorks. Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, C/C++, or Java. Passion for teaching and mentoring school students. Self-driven, with the ability to take ownership and responsibility. Willingness to travel to schools as per schedule. Experience in delivering sessions to large groups of students. Ability to troubleshoot technical and behavioural challenges in class. Bachelor's degree in engineering or Master's degree in Physics/Electronics/IT Education preferred.
