About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to lead our paid digital marketing initiatives across multiple business verticals, including agribusiness, technology, and franchise development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
● Drive qualified lead generation for B2B, B2C, dealer/distributor, and franchise acquisition campaigns.
● Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
● Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Conversion API for accurate tracking.
● Develop audience strategies, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns.
● Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign messaging.
● Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
● Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights through regular reporting dashboards.
● Stay updated on platform changes, emerging digital marketing trends, and new advertising features.
Required Skills
● Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
● Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
● Experience with lead generation campaigns, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
● Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
● Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-backed optimization decisions.
● Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email nurturing workflows.
● Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
● Experience with Looker Studio or Power BI for performance reporting.
