About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle MCA filings, including AOC-4, MGT-7, CO forms, LLP formation, and charge-related forms.2. Manage audit and accounting work using Tally and other accounting systems.
3. Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) accurately and within deadlines.
4. Handle GST return filing and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
5. Take responsibility for filing tax returns and preparing income tax computations.
6. Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.
7. Assist in statutory audits and ensure the timely completion of audit processes.
8. Prepare and file Form 3CD and audit-related ITR documentation.
9. Prepare CARO audit reports and support compliance requirements.
10. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to statutory guidelines.
11. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth completion of compliance work.
12. Support end-to-end accounting, taxation, and audit activities.
