Job Title: Testing - Coordination

Location: Chennai

Job Summary

Quotation Preparation & Submission

Prepare technical and commercial quotations for Electrical Safety Testing services.

Ensure accuracy in pricing, scope of work, terms, and documentation before submission.

Maintain a quotation tracker and update status regularly.

Order Processing & Documentation

Process customer purchase orders and ensure all required documents are complete.

Coordinate with internal departments (Testing Team, Accounts, Stores) for smooth project initiation.

Prepare sales orders, work orders, and internal approval documents.

Follow-up on Quotations & Orders

Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and pending approvals.

Track order confirmations and ensure timely communication with the sales team.

Maintain regular follow-up records and update CRM or internal tracking sheets.

Payment Follow-up

Coordinate with customers for advance payments, milestone payments, and final settlements.

Work closely with the Accounts team to track outstanding payments.

Share payment reminders, statements, and required documents with customers.

Support for Electrical Safety Testing Team

Coordinate scheduling, site visits, and customer communication on behalf of the testing engineers.

Share scope of work, testing plans, reports, and follow-up details with customers.

Help prepare basic documentation related to tests and technical communication.

ISO Documentation & Compliance

Prepare, update, and maintain ISO-related documents for the department.

Ensure compliance with company processes, quality procedures, and audit requirements.

Maintain proper records of forms, templates, procedures, and controlled documents.

Project List & Reporting

Maintain an updated project list with customer details, status, material requirements, and completion timelines.

Prepare monthly and weekly reports on quotations, orders, collections, and project progress.

Support management by providing accurate data and MIS reports as required.

Coordination & Communication

Act as a communication bridge between the sales team, testing team, customers, and management.

Coordinate internally for resources, documentation, and project updates.

Support with customer communication through emails, calls, and documentation.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

Experience

Freshers / 1 year of Experience in relevant field

National Manager - BD Testing
