Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer/Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects meet quality standards and comply with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Hiring: Site Engineer / Project Engineer (Mechanical – Diploma) – Pan India
Location: Office Base – Sejbahar, Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
Vacancies: 2
Salary: 15,000 – 17,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
About the Role:
We are looking for Diploma Mechanical Engineers with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in firefighting systems or steam/boiler engineering. The role involves site-based project execution and coordination across various locations in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site activities including workforce and subcontractor coordination.
Ensure timely availability of tools, raw materials, and worker accommodations.
Maintain quality control and adhere to technical standards at site.
Act as the key point of contact between clients and the technical team.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within defined scope.
Maintain accurate documentation and report progress directly to the Technical Director.
Exhibit leadership, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of site experience in firefighting or steam/boiler systems
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Willingness to work at pan-India project sites
