3. Attention to Detail - Maintain high accuracy when reviewing and organizing client documentation.

4. Strong Organization - Handle multiple accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines and prioritizing critical tasks.

6. Tech Proficiency - Use internal tools confidently, including Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, Google Sheets, and task management systems.
