. D365 AMS support team (with functional knowledge and sys admin support experience)
. Manage ticket queues and workload distribution
. Drive SLA and KPI compliance
. Manage escalations and stakeholder communication
. Participate in weekly and monthly governance meetings
. Review RCA and Problem Management activities
. Support continuous service improvement initiatives Mandatory Skills
. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
. D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management Modules
. Application Managed Services (AMS) Support
. Incident, Problem and Change Management
