Job Title : Azure Data Engineer.About The Company :Harjai Technologies is a global IT staffing and solutions provider with three decades of experience, operating since 1995.We help enterprises design, build, and scale IT projects through Global Capability Center (GCC) setup, end-to-end IT solutions, and Interview-as-a-Service, serving over 200 clients across more than 15 industries including BFSI, pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology.With approximately 1,500 employees and offices in Tampa, Dubai, and Mumbai, we combine deep domain expertise with a fast, reliable delivery model.About The Role :We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to design, develop, and implement robust data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.This role is crucial for migrating existing data processes, building scalable data architectures, and ensuring data accuracy across all layers.The ideal candidate will drive the implementation of Medallion Architecture and advanced data transformation logic.Key Responsibilities :- Design the Medallion Architecture using Microsoft Fabric Workspaces.- Develop metadata-driven Fabric Pipelines and implement the end-to-end Medallion Architecture.- Design and implement the data flow architecture for migrating existing SSIS package processes to Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines.- Develop Fabric Notebooks to implement business logic and data transformations.- Design and implement the Gold Layer, including transformation logic to load data from the Silver Layer into Fact and Dimension tables.- Implement schema drift handling and Change Data Capture (CDC) processes.- Perform end-to-end data validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all layers.- Design and maintain pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).Requirements :- 6 - 9 years of experience.- Any IT graduate education.- Azure Data Factory.- Pipelines.- T-SQL.- SQL SSIS.- Python.- PySpark.- Microsoft Fabric.- Medallion Architecture.- CI/CD Pipelines.- Communication skills.- Reasoning skills.- Analytical skills.Nice to Have :- Data Warehousing.- Lakehouse Architecture.Location & Work Mode :- Bangalore Hybrid (3 days in a month WFO) - HYBRID.Employment Type : FULL_TIME (ref:hirist.tech)
