Responsibilities Include... Engineering Management & Leadership Directly lead, coach, and manage multiple software engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Serve as the first-line manager, managing team schedules and performance. Define high engineering standards, best practices, architecture, and design patterns for team adherence and quality assurance. Provide in-depth technical feedback on tech stacks, integration, and design patterns to accelerate candidate development without contributing code to the codebase.
