About the job
Key responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Support the onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
Support payroll and other HR administrative activities.
Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Tirumalla Tirupati Multistate Co-operative Credit Society Limited is a multi-state co-operative society registered under the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002, with registration number MSCS/CR/784/2013, and the registration date being the 8th of February, 2013. The primary objective of the society is to uplift the social and financial status of its members by promoting and educating saving habits among them. The saving products offered include fixed deposits, recurring deposits, monthly income schemes, and other investment plans.
