THE ROLE  

As an SAP SCM Analyst at Everpure, you will drive the operational precision of our global demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles using SAP IBP Demand Planning. Partnering closely with the Plan to Forecast Lead and global commercial planners, you will transform historical sales data and market inputs into high-quality baseline statistical forecasts. Your meticulous oversight of forecasting models and supply chain data directly minimizes forecast error and optimizes global inventory readiness. By ensuring an accurate demand signal, you empower Everpure to seamlessly meet customer requirements worldwide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Statistical Forecast Engineering: Own the generation and continuous refinement of baseline statistical forecasts within SAP IBP, leveraging data-driven inputs to establish a highly reliable predictive foundation for our monthly commercial planning cycles.
• Forecast Performance Tracking: Execute and analyze critical forecast error metrics (including MAPE, WMAPE, and bias) to isolate structural variances, enabling cross-functional teams to pinpoint root causes and continuously improve plan attainment.
• Master Data & View Architecture Maintenance: Govern demand planning master data integrity across product hierarchies, location assignments, and planning segments, utilizing SAP IBP Fiori interfaces and Excel Add-ins to keep configuration maps completely synchronized with corporate growth.
• Consensus & S&OP Cycle Facilitation: Streamline the consensus planning workflow by consolidating strategic commercial inputs from sales and marketing, cross-checking data quality, and manufacturing executive-ready S&OP planning packs for critical alignment reviews.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Demand Planning & Forecasting Expertise: 3+ years of professional hands-on experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis, showcasing a strong grasp of quantitative statistical modeling and core inventory optimization frameworks.
• SAP IBP Technical Capabilities: Proven practical proficiency working daily inside SAP IBP Demand Planning (or SAP APO DP) environments, with strong technical comfort navigating IBP Excel Add-ins and Fiori-based planning views.
• Data Lifecycle & Matrix Analysis: Exceptional analytical capability to interpret complex datasets, manage multi-layered product structures, and cleanly maintain process documentation within a highly structured, deadline-driven global planning calendar.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interface with diverse global business partners across sales, marketing, and logistics, ensuring data inputs remain accurate and consensus cycles proceed smoothly.
• Location Requirement: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
