Job Description:Looking for Boomi Support Engineer.Experience: 4 yearsLocation: Hyderabad or GurgaonWork Mode: Hybrid (Shift Timing: 5:30 am to 2:30PM OR 1PM to 10PM)Cab Facility: Yes, Pickup and Drop, bothAbout the Role:We are looking for a Boomi Support Engineer to provide L2 application support for enterprise integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications. The role involves incident resolution, service requests, troubleshooting integration failures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity. The position supports UK & Ireland operations with 16x5 support and participation in an on-call rotation for critical incidents.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and troubleshoot Boomi integration processes and job failures.- Analyze process logs, document logs, and error messages to identify root causes.- Resolve incidents involving failed messages, data synchronization, and integration exceptions.- Reprocess failed integrations while validating data integrity and processing sequences.- Handle ServiceNow/JIRA incidents, service requests, and operational support tickets.- Investigate API and integration issues involving SAP ECC, SAP EWM, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, Oracle Service Cloud, Snowflake, and other enterprise applications.- Collaborate with application teams, third-party vendors, OEM support, and L3 engineers for issue resolution.- Participate in production triage calls and support deployment activities.- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and update runbooks and SOPs for recurring issues.Required Skills:- Boomi, Boomi AtomSphere Platform, Boomi Atom Cloud, Boomi Molecule- Process execution and troubleshooting, Integration Knowledge, API troubleshooting- REST/SOAP integrations, Data mapping, Message reprocessing, Error handlingEnterprise Applications (Preferred):Experience with some of the following: SAP ECC, SAP EWM, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, Oracle Service Cloud, Snowflake, Concur.ITSM & Collaboration:- ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft TeamsPreferred Qualifications:- Boomi Associate Certification, Understanding of AWS fundamentals, ITIL Foundation Certification, Experience supporting production environmentsWhat Success Looks Like:- Timely incident resolution within SLA.- Accurate RCA documentation.- Improved integration stability through recurring issue identification.- Effective collaboration across business and technology teams.
