? Key Responsibilities

? Academic Leadership

• Lead curriculum design and delivery for I-CBSE
  
• Align CBSE with inquiry-based, learner-centric approaches
  
• Drive board exam readiness (Grades 10 & 12)
  
• Implement NEP 2020 and competency-based practices
  

? Leadership & Team Management

• Recruit, mentor, and develop educators
  
• Build a collaborative and high-performance culture
  
• Conduct evaluations and enable professional growth
  

? Collaboration

• Work closely with IB leadership on dual-curriculum integration
  
• Lead cross-programme initiatives and innovation
  

?? Student Development

• Ensure student well-being, discipline, and holistic growth
  
• Monitor progress and implement interventions
  

? Parent Engagement

• Build strong parent relationships and communication channels
  
• Lead PTMs, orientations, and feedback forums
  

⚙️ Administration & Compliance

• Ensure CBSE compliance and operational efficiency
  
• Oversee academic systems, reporting, and LMS tools
  

? Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• M.Ed. (or relevant Master’s) + B.Ed.
  
• 10–12 years of CBSE experience
  
• 3–5 years in a leadership role (Principal / Headmaster / VP / Academic Head)
  
• Strong knowledge of CBSE and NEP 2020
  

Preferred:

• Exposure to IB / Cambridge / IGCSE
  
• Experience in dual-curriculum schools
  
• Familiarity with ed-tech platforms
