WMS Lead - Implementation & Support

Job Description :We are seeking an experienced WMS Lead to manage and support Warehouse Management System implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS solutions, along with experience leading implementation teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end WMS implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.- Gather and analyze business requirements from warehouse operations and supply chain teams.- Design WMS solutions aligned with business processes and operational needs.- Configure and customize WMS modules as required.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including ERP, Transportation Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.- Lead integration activities between WMS and external systems such as ERP, MES, TMS, automation equipment, and third-party logistics providers.- Manage system testing including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production validation.- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with development teams.- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.- Drive continuous process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency.- Develop SOPs, user guides, and training materials.- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and documentation requirements.- Lead offshore/onshore teams and coordinate project deliverables.- Manage vendor relationships and third-party consultants where applicable.Required Skills:Functional Skills:- Strong understanding of:1.
