Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant (Male) to support the Managing Director in a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling business and personal tasks with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calendar & Schedule Management :

Manage MD's calendar, coordinate internal/external meetings, site visits, and review sessions.

- Communication & Coordination :

Act as the first point of contact between MD and internal departments, clients, vendors, consultants, and government authorities.

- Documentation & Reporting :

Prepare MOMs, MIS reports, status updates, business presentations, and project briefs.

- Project & Site Coordination :

Follow up with project managers and site heads on execution progress, documentation, and deadlines.

- Travel Management :

Plan and coordinate travel, hotel bookings, itinerary scheduling for business meetings and site visits.

- Confidential Assistance :

Handle confidential and sensitive business information and personal errands as needed.

- Stakeholder Management :

Liaise with legal, sales, CRM, accounts, and construction teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

Required Skills:

- Strong command over English and business communication

- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

- High level of discretion and confidentiality

- Good understanding of real estate operations and terminology

- Time-management and multitasking skills - Professional grooming and interpersonal skills

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates from real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry preferred

- Must be comfortable with extended working hours and site visits

- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and adapt to dynamic schedules

- Male candidate preferred due to job nature involving late hours/travel
