We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the full technology stack, including Java backend development, React frontend, REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance applications while following Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and ReactJS .
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot , Spring Framework , and Spring Data JPA .
- Develop responsive, reusable, and accessible user interfaces using ReactJS , JavaScript , TypeScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
- Integrate applications with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka and cloud services on Microsoft Azure .
- Work with MS SQL Server for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Implement and maintain microservices architecture and API gateway integration.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps and automation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
- Strong proficiency in Java , Spring Framework , Spring Boot , Spring Data JPA , and RESTful APIs .
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) , TypeScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
- Experience working with Microservices Architecture .
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka .
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Good understanding of MS SQL Server and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes , MuleSoft , and API integration is an added advantage.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines , Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the Financial Services/Banking domain.
- Strong preference for candidates with ReactJS experience over other front-end frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud-native application development and containerized deployments.
