CRM Integration Developer - MS Dynamics 365

Position : CRM Integration DeveloperJob Type : PermanentShift : 2 : 00 PM - 11 AMExperience : 6+ YearsLocation : Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, ChennaiKey Responsibilities : - Minimum 6+ years of experience in CRM integration development and support.- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM, external applications, databases, and enterprise platforms.- Build and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and synchronization.- Develop, consume, secure, and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, leveraging JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger standards.- Implement real-time and batch integrations using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Event Grid.- Work with Dataverse, CRM APIs, and the D365 data model to support seamless data exchange and business processes.- Develop and optimize SQL queries, data mappings, and transformation logic to ensure data quality and performance.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across CRM and connected systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, CRM teams, architects, and downstream system owners to define integration requirements and technical solutions.- Support CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and release management using Azure DevOps and source control tools.- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, support guides, and operational runbooks.- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards across all integrations.- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, testing, and production support activities.
