Diversity and inclusion are core to how we work, shaping an environment where everyone can thrive.How will you make an impact in this role ?We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to lead automation initiatives across web applications and microservices-based platforms.The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in API and UI automation, hands-on experience in building scalable test frameworks, and the ability to lead QA automation strategies in a fast-paced Agile environment.Title : Lead SDETLocation : Gurugram (Hybrid)Experience : 4 - 7 Years.Education : Bachelors / Masters in Software EngineeringWhat You'll Be Doing : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks from scratch or enhance existing frameworks- Drive end-to-end QA automation strategy for web and API-based applications- Build and maintain robust API automation suites using RestAssured- Develop and execute UI automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright- Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, DevOps, and cross-functional teams- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across distributed microservices architecture- Integrate automation suites within CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases- Identify, track, and drive closure of critical defects and quality gaps- Improve overall test efficiency, stability, and execution speed- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and SDETs- Drive continuous improvement in quality engineering practices across teamsWhat We're Looking For : - 4 - 5 years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles- Strong hands-on expertise in : 1. Java2. RestAssured (API Automation)3. Selenium WebDriver4.
