About the job
Key responsibilities:
1.Proactively call or follow up with clients whose insurance policies require a medical examination for activation.2.Clearly explain the importance and benefits of the medical check-up in the insurance approval process
3.Address any client concerns, objections, or misconceptions about medical tests with accurate information.
