Job Description:

Attendance Report every day to HR @ Head Office
2) Maintain Manual Register for Attendance as per Shops and Establishment Act
and Staff Movement register.
3) Call & Update Information from all Sales Employee, Send mail about Daily
Visit, Expected PO & Day’s Plan
4) Review Daily Sales Report of all Sales Employees in Mumbai Branch
5) Update Information in SAP Opportunity for all the Quotations given by Sales
Person in Mumbai Branch.
6) Cheque Register Update with BP code & Invoice Number
7) Making Service Quotations within 24 Hours after Service done.
8) Make sales order for Material which is not available in Stock.
9) Making Sales Quotations & call Customer to confirm receipt of mail.
10) Quotation Follow up Update -
11) When PO receives collect information from customer for Billing
12) Sales Order- Invoicing for Spares and Machines.( 4+2 Invoices average)
13) Take GRN for Mumbai office when the Material is Received
14) Stock Transfer, AP Invoices
15) Payment follow up calling customer & Mail –Balance statement ,Pending
Invoices, reconciliation of account
16) Update Office Expenses send Monthly twice.
17) Checking Expenses of all Sales Employee & send to Chennai
18) Stock Reconciliation Checking & send to Logistic.
19) Maintain clean and tidy Office through House Keeping.
20) File management – Update all files regularly.
21) Attend all phone call- Customer calls, Provide Information to Customers &
FSE.
22) Send all Sales & Service Invoices through Courier to all Customers.
