Key Responsibilities:1. Manage and organize all office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
2. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
3. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of important information.
4. Assist with the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
5. Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
6. Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
