About the job
Aura Toddlers Pune is looking for a 'Kids Fitness Trainer' who is passionate about working with young children and creating fun, engaging, movement-based learning experiences.
Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct age-appropriate fitness and movement sessions for toddlers and young children.2. Teach yoga, aerial yoga/exercise, core workouts, mobility drills, body mapping and basic functional movement.
3. Design activities that improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, body awareness and gross motor skills.
4. Adapt exercises according to different age groups and developmental abilities.
5. Create playful, interactive sessions that keep children engaged while maintaining safety.
6. Work with Aura Toddlers team to support children's physical development.
7. Ensure all activities and equipment are used safely and appropriately.

Ideal candidate:
1. Experience working with toddlers/young children is preferred.
2. Background in fitness, yoga, sports, physiotherapy, movement education or a related field preferred.
3. Good understanding of children's physical development and age-appropriate exercises.
4. Energetic, patient, creative and comfortable interacting with young children.
5. Relevant certifications in Yoga, Fitness, Aerial Yoga or Children's Fitness will be an added advantage.
