Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calling and generate leads through various channels
2. Communicate with potential customers to explain products/services clearly and confidently
3. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner
4. Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a customer-centric approach
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
6. Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to drive conversions
7. Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools and spreadsheets
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets
9. Use platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email for business communication
10. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
