AI/ML Architect

Job Title : AI/ML Technical ArchitectEducation :- Bachelors degree in engineering (Computer Science, AI, IT or equivalent) or Masters in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is preferred.Experience/ Qualifications :- 9- 10 years of hands-on experience in software design and architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML solutioning.- Hands-on experience on design, development, deployment and monitoring of AI/ML applications and Python applications.- Experience in designing scalable AI/ML architectures for enterprise applications.- Experience on design and development of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and predictive modelling.- Experience on infrastructure resource sizing and optimization for AI applications.- Strong knowledge of AI Engineering concepts.- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts.- Experience in packaging and deployment of AI/ML applications.- Hands on design and setup experience of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML models.- Experience in data governance, security, and compliance for AI-driven solutions.- Design and implement robust ML pipelines, model deployment strategies, and MLOps frameworks.- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide AI/ML teams and collaborate with stakeholders.- Deep knowledge and understanding on Agentic AI, MCP, and UTCP concepts.Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end architecture of AI/ML solutions tailored to central banking use cases.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Design and implement robust ML pipelines and model deployment strategies.- Prepare technical documents such as Blueprints, Architecture Diagrams, Business Continuity strategies, Sizing templates, and Runbooks.- Lead the estimation, sizing, and AI development and infra requirements.- Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models for various use cases.- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring efficient model lifecycle management.- Optimize data pipelines for AI-driven applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance in AI/ML implementations.- Research and apply cutting-edge AI technologies, including LLMs, to enhance solutions.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and data scientists.- Continuously improve AI/ML strategies and implement innovative solutions.- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and provide strategic recommendations.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in query optimization and debugging.Location : Navi Mumbai / Mumbai (ref:hirist.tech)
